Our Managed Service Administration is a cost-effective approach to maintain your Oracle CX Solution’s, and getting the most out of your investment. This service has been created to assist you in making changes to your Oracle CX Product configuration.
Our certified consultants will assist you by performing all daily changes and add-ons to the software. There is no need to train your own employees or maintain knowledge just to stay up to date with each quarterly software release. We will keep you updated with new features that might be of interest for you.
- All daily Oracle CX administration performed within a few hours, based on the SLA;
- Single point of contact for all changes and incidents (our Service desk);
- Periodic on-site delivery assurance updates covering:
- review to insure performance meets or exceeds expectations;
- business update;
- Oracle CX overview of new features / roadmap update;
- current and projected usage of the system
- Access to our certified Oracle CX Consultants for functional questions;
- On-site upgrade per year included (for RSA contract > 12 months):
- standard integrations;
- custom integrations (additional fee may apply)
- Documentation of implemented changes.
With the Managed Service administration we offer loyalty discount on our Professional Services pricing. Additional discounts are available based on the number of hours and length of contract period. Changes outside the scope of the Managed Service administration can be performed by our consultants on a time and material basis.
