We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect with expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) within the banking domain. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Anaplan model development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will play a crucial role in solution design, stakeholder management, and ensuring the seamless implementation of Anaplan solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to lead requirement analysis, develop scalable models, and drive adoption by training users and supporting deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, review, and analyze client requirements per Anaplan-defined scoping and analysis standards.
- Design and develop sophisticated multi-dimensional Anaplan models to support financial and business planning.
- Modify existing models to optimize performance, enhance functionality, and ensure they align with business objectives.
- Lead solution architecture design, providing strategic insights into connected planning.
- Work closely with onsite and offshore teams to coordinate solution implementation and best practices.
- Conduct sprint planning, customer demonstrations, and end-user training to drive Anaplan adoption.
- Oversee UAT support, deployment using ALM, and ensure data integration with other business applications.
- Develop model documentation and serve as an Anaplan SME, advising on best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in financial planning, business process modeling, and Anaplan development.
- Mandatory Anaplan certifications: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Solution Architect.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work seamlessly across multiple use cases, including FP&A, Supply Chain, and Sales & Quota Planning.
- Hands-on experience in data integration, migration, UAT testing, and deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
