Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with 6-8+years experience in Agile BA.
- Typical Agile BA strong experience in that 6-8+ years
- In addition, this role focuses a lot on campaigns management and its impact on call centers so someone who can work with business users and understand the impact on contact centers / digital channels like webchat and ensure that the impact is captured well for various campaigns that marketing / distribution and product teams are launching
- The main role seems to be around a business facing role, where the role documents the change impact of various campaigns and describes the change impact in form of requirements that is serviced / managed by the tech teams
