In this role, you’ll drive business analysis, support project governance, and assist with risk and compliance initiatives, particularly focusing on ESG standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
- Support project governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives, including ESG standards
- Develop and maintain data models, perform statistical analysis, and present findings to influence decision-making
- Assist in implementing and expanding Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
- Work on process improvements and recommend solutions to optimise business performance
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services sectors
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, including ESG standards
- Experience with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) skills, or a willingness to develop expertise in this area
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data modelling techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
