We are seeking a skilled Data Tech Lead to drive solution design, data integration, and process automation for enterprise-level data platforms. This role will lead the development and optimization of data pipelines, manage large-scale data warehouse environments, and ensure seamless delivery of data solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Teradata GCFR, IBM DataStage, and enterprise data model frameworks such as FSDM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of data solutions for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines using Teradata GCFR and IBM DataStage.
- Implement process automation and simplify code releases for efficient delivery.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance through robust testing and monitoring strategies.
- Utilize standard data models like Financial Services Data Model (FSDM) to design and manage enterprise data warehouses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business needs.
- Develop scripts and workflows in Python and orchestrate pipelines using Airflow.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Tech Lead or similar role in enterprise data environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Teradata GCFR, IBM DataStage, and enterprise data integration tools.
- Proficiency in Python and workflow orchestration with Airflow.
- Experience with standard data model frameworks such as FSDM for enterprise data warehouses.
- Knowledge of data warehouse testing, process automation, and pipeline optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
