We are seeking a GE e-terra ADMS Consultant with strong expertise in electric distribution automation and smart grid technologies. This role requires hands-on experience in full-cycle ADMS implementations, functional testing, and deployment for utility (Power) companies. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ADMS, EMS, SCADA, and related grid operational suites, along with business consulting and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in electric distribution automation processes and systems.
- Hands-on experience with GE e-terra ADMS implementation for a utility (Power) company.
- Strong understanding of smart distribution, transmission control systems, and grid operational suites (ADMS, EMS, SCADA).
- Expertise in Outage Management Systems (OMS), including Trouble Management, Crew Management, and Outage Indices.
- Proficiency in developing business processes and system use cases.
- Prior experience in the Australian utilities sector is preferred.
- Strong soft skills, leadership abilities, and customer engagement experience.
- Willingness to work in a management consulting environment with regular travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional testing and deployment of GE e-terra ADMS for utility companies.
- Provide technical expertise in ADMS, EMS, SCADA, and smart grid systems.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and design optimized solutions.
- Conduct assessment workshops and guide customers through system transition.
- Support troubleshooting, validation, and storm-related testing.
- Contribute to business growth by fostering strong client relationships and identifying opportunities.
- Work in a global delivery model, engaging with stakeholders across different regions.
