Currently looking for enthusiastic Sales Team Member to join our Bangalore Team to support and expand our APAC Business

About the Role:

  • Working collaboratively to ensure a smooth handover and on-boarding process that exceeds customer expectations
  • Prioritizing and resolving customer issues and managing billing and renewals
  • Running client check-ins and quarterly business reviews for priority accounts to demonstrate product ROI, assess client health and identify future needs
  • Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and working to continually grow account

About You:

  • Solid experience MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Passionate about helping customers transform the way they manage their workforce through the use of Delivery Centric’s technology services
  • There will be significant opportunities for career growth as we continue to meet our vision and expand, so you need to be a confident self-starter
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Have the ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, particularly at the manager or executive level
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details
