• Overall 10+ years’ experience onSalesforce
• Strong Experience ofSalesforceintegrations and development in Sales, Service, Marketing, Community cloud using Lightning methodologies while incorporating single sign-on, master data management, and Agile development concepts.
• Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, Visual Force, Force IDE, SOQL, SOAP/REST API, XML, HTML, Java Scripts, and otherSalesforcerelated development tools.
• Salesforcecertifications such as Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud are highly preferred.
• Object-Oriented Development experience, with language emphasis in C# or Java.
• Proficiency with both writing and consuming web services, as well as knowledge of the underlying API related technologies (REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, WSDL)
• Agile Methodology understanding and experience working in a Scrum Team.
• Experience mentoring and training other developers, as well as helping set expectations and reasonable timetables for development
• Experience performing peer code reviews and understanding of architectural design patterns and their proper implementation
• Experience with the lifecycle in an agile / scrum environment, desirably with experience also of traditional structured programs and continuous integration
• Knowledge of code management, continuous integration, and version control processes and tools
• Adaptable and experienced working in a fast moving and growing organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
• Proven experience of eliminating system or process complexity to increase efficiency
