As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will ensure that Salesforce solutions are customized to meet the specific business needs of our clients. By optimizing Salesforce workflows, improving user experiences, and ensuring that Salesforce configurations align with organizational goals, you will create value-driven solutions. Specializing in Service Cloud, PSS, and Experience Cloud, your focus will be on enhancing customer service operations, improving stakeholder engagement, and leveraging Salesforce’s capabilities for the public sector. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to drive user adoption will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct thorough research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, ensuring the solutions align with their expectations.
  • Journey Mapping: Design service blueprints and customer journey maps to visualize the service experience and improve user engagement.
  • Prototyping & Testing: Develop and test service prototypes to gather feedback and refine solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, development, marketing) to ensure service alignment and the effective delivery of solutions.
  • Service Strategy: Define and refine the service strategy to ensure it aligns with both business objectives and user expectations.
  • Implementation Support: Assist with the implementation of service designs and ensure that they adhere to required standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly iterate and improve services based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce configurations and customizations, specifically within Service Cloud, PSS, and Experience Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems like MuleSoft, ensuring seamless data flow and API connectivity.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A solid understanding of various Salesforce products and features, enabling you to recommend the most effective solutions for different departments and programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of driving user adoption for Salesforce solutions.
