We deliver new technology solutions implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and the ongoing operations for existing solutions.

The Role:

This is a new role in our growing sales team! So if you are ambitious, and energised at the thought of selling technology solutions & professional services into new enterprise customers, then this is the Senior Business Development Manager role for you to excel in!

Accountabilities:

  • Primary – Sell Technology Solutions & IT Professional Services, related to our technology partnerships, into new enterprise organisations. Focused on Identity and Access Management (IDAM) and Cloud Integration (i.e., ForgeRock, MuleSoft, Okta, Oracle, IBM, AWS, Ping Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk)
  • Secondary – Sell IT Professional Services, unrelated to our partnerships, into new organisations
  • Sell new IT Professional Services into existing customers (as required)
  • Sell new Technology Solutions & IT Professional Services through tender responses (as required)

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly into the Sales Director
  • You will be responsible for building and executing your 12-month sales plan; identifying your target industry(s), companies, contacts & opportunities to add value. The plan will identify the size of the sales budget to achieve, and the associated quarterly targets.
  • You will work directly with customers to win new business, and with the required internal teams (Technology Practices, Talent Acquisition, etc) to deliver customer outcomes – teamwork makes the dreamwork!
  • Establish new relationships with customers
  • Understand and be able to represent to customers, the full range of Delivery Centric products & services; including the value they provide
  • Nurture and grow your network of customer relationships to generate new business
  • Report accurately on current commercial engagements with customers & Accurately forecast sales

Mandatory Attributes/Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience selling Technology Solutions and/or IT Professional Services in a Technology Vendor or Systems Integrator; selling into large and mid-tier customers
  • Strong pipeline generation, forecasting, opportunity identification & progression, negotiation and closing (including completion of commercial agreements)
  • Able to own our customers’ sales journey; from opportunity development, to post contract signing check-ins
  • Active collaborator with customers and internal teams (including across countries, when required) to ensure business value is delivered to customers
  • Motivated to challenge the status quo & understands how to engage tactically to build strategic relationships
