Delivery Centric is seeking a highly experienced ADMS Solution Lead to drive end-to-end solution architecture, design, and implementation across advanced distribution management systems (ADMS) in the utilities sector. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in GE PowerOn (POF, POG, and POA), with a proven track record in solution consulting, technical integration, and system design for large-scale utility programs. This role demands both technical depth and leadership excellence to ensure robust ADMS delivery, seamless system integration, and alignment with enterprise architecture goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture design, solution integration, and delivery for ADMS initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration across technical and business teams.
- Analyze ADMS requirements to define fit-for-purpose solutions and oversee their implementation.
- Design and configure GE PowerOn (POA) solutions with strong understanding of energy distribution interfaces.
- Contribute to solution assurance, release management, and roadmap definition for ADMS programs.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, client presentations, and pre-sales support activities.
- Develop and review system specifications, test scripts, configuration guides, and user documentation.
- Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and leadership to ADMS project and BAU teams.
- Evaluate and manage technical risks, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance system performance and business efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 18+ years of total experience with at least 10+ years in GE PowerOn (POF, POG, POA) consulting, solution design, or integration.
- Certified in GE PowerOn (POF, POG, POA) with proven implementation experience in the utility domain.
- Expertise in POA technical design, ADMS configuration, and DMS/OMS integration.
- Strong background in technical pre-sales, including proposal development and cost estimation.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale architecture and solution delivery programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams.
