Delivery Centric is seeking a skilled ADMS Technical Analyst to join our energy and utilities project team. This role focuses on upgrading and enhancing the GEV ADMS system by developing scripts, reports, and configurations, conducting gap analyses, and supporting various phases of the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GEV ADMS upgrades, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team, including business SMEs, across multiple project phases.
- Upgrade in-scope components such as scripts, SSRS reports, and configurations of GEV ADMS.
- Conduct gap analysis between GEV ADMS versions, including functional analysis (FUNs).
- Develop and modify scripts, reports, data extracts, and ADMS configurations as required.
- Build configurations for advanced modules like Mobile ADMS and CIM integration.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolution for defects efficiently.
- Design and execute test cases throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in preparing technical specifications and project transition documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
- Maintain timely updates on assigned Jira tasks.
- Contribute valuable inputs during team meetings.
- Offer technical support during hypercare phases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a technical analyst working with GEV ADMS.
- Experience in GEV ADMS upgrade projects.
- Familiarity with NMS and OMS configuration, including symbology.
- Proficient with tools such as PFL, symbol substitution, replication, and simSCADA.
- Experience with integration using SOAP protocols.
- Skilled in scripting languages including Perl, Python, Shell scripting, and PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of technologies like Apache, IIS, and Microsoft SSRS.
- Comfortable working in RHEL (Linux) and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence).
- Familiarity with Jira for task management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical issues.
- Ability to contribute to technical documentation and project transition materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a project team.
- Experience with DPF, FLISR (APRS), and GEV Mobile ADMS is advantageous.
