We are seeking an experienced and motivated ADMS Test Analyst to join our growing team in Melbourne. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and performance of our GEV ADMS upgrade projects and the integration of advanced distribution management capabilities. You will work across all phases of the project lifecycle, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members, including business SMEs, during various phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Design and execute comprehensive functional and non-functional test cases for GEV ADMS upgrades and new features.
  • Contribute to requirement traceability matrix mapping and maintain accurate test documentation.
  • Develop test automation scripts using Lua and non-functional scripting (e.g., Perl, Shell).
  • Capture and analyze performance testing metrics and present results effectively.
  • Log and manage defects according to established processes and retest resolved issues.
  • Participate in defect triage meetings and support resolution efforts.
  • Provide hypercare testing support post-deployment and assist peers as needed.
  • Ensure Jira tickets and documentation (e.g., Confluence pages) are regularly updated.
  • Attend team meetings and provide valuable input to improve testing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Test Analyst working on GEV ADMS projects.
  • Strong knowledge of GEV ADMS upgrade processes and functional areas like NMS and OMS.
  • Experience with tools such as simSCADA, and operating systems like RHEL (Linux) and Windows Server.
  • Familiarity with Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience writing and maintaining test scripts using Lua or similar scripting languages.
  • Solid understanding of performance testing, defect lifecycle management, and testing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional project teams.
  • Experience with DPF, FLISR (APRS), and GEV Mobile ADMS is a plus.
