We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate. The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end automation lifecycle—from process assessment and solution design to deployment, integration, and support. You’ll work closely with business and technical teams to build scalable, efficient, and secure automation frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and business agility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate.
  • Conduct process assessments, feasibility studies, and create AS-IS and TO-BE process maps.
  • Prepare and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
  • Develop robust automation frameworks following best practices (e.g., UiPath RE Framework).
  • Integrate RPA with enterprise systems via RESTful APIs, ServiceNow (SNOW), and other tools.
  • Execute impact analysis, regression testing, and support production deployments.
  • Implement exception handling, logging, and reusable components for scalable automation.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, SMEs, and stakeholders to translate business needs into automation solutions.
  • Support migration projects (e.g., UiPath v19 to v23.4.3) ensuring solution continuity.
  • Mentor junior developers and perform peer reviews for quality assurance.
  • Work on document understanding, OCR, and computer vision-based automations.

Qualifications & Technical Expertise

  • Proven hands-on experience in UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), and AWS services including SageMaker and Bedrock.
  • Strong understanding of OAuth, RBAC, and secure integration models.
  • Experience in LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel frameworks.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and API-based integrations.
  • Exposure to process documentation tools (MS Visio, iGrafx, Aris, Jira, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, ISO 9001/27001 standards, and quality management systems.

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year
