Delivery Centric is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform Engineer to build intelligent copilots, AI agents, automated workflows and enterprise integrations.
The role focuses on Power Platform, Azure AI, Generative AI, RAG, APIs and enterprise integrations, with hands-on experience in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
What you’ll work with
Copilot & Power Platform
Microsoft Copilot Studio – copilots, topics, actions, entity extraction and generative answers
Power Automate Cloud & Desktop
Power Apps – Canvas & Model-Driven
Dataverse – data models, tables, relationships and business rules
Custom connectors, solution packaging and ALM / CI/CD using GitHub or Azure DevOps
AI & Agentic Engineering
LLM applications and AI agents
Azure AI Foundry – project hubs, deployments, Prompt Flow and evaluations
Azure OpenAI & Azure AI Search
RAG architectures – chunking, embeddings, hybrid/vector search and reranking
Prompt engineering – system prompts, few-shot patterns, grounding and safety guardrails
Python / TypeScript for agent logic, function calling and API integrations
Enterprise Integration & Azure
Microsoft Graph API – M365 users, groups, mail, calendar, files and Teams
REST APIs, Azure Functions & Dataverse
Integrations with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce and other enterprise platforms
Azure Storage, Key Vault, Event Grid & Service Bus
OAuth2 / Entra ID, authentication, throttling and secure API integration
IaC, observability and cost optimisation for AI workloads
What we’re looking for
A hands-on engineer with 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform / Azure technologies, including significant experience building Copilot Studio solutions and AI-enabled enterprise applications.
You should have experience with:
Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps & Dataverse
APIs, connectors, Graph API and Azure Functions
LLMs, AI agents, RAG and prompt engineering
Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI / AI Search
Python or TypeScript
Enterprise-grade CI/CD and ALM
