Delivery Centric is seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps Pipeline Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines that enable seamless automation, continuous integration, and efficient deployment across complex enterprise environments. You’ll collaborate closely with development, testing, infrastructure, and release management teams to ensure software delivery is fast, reliable, and secure. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and DevOps transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage Azure DevOps (YAML-based) CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and multi-environment deployments.
- Integrate security scanning, compliance checks, and quality gates into pipeline workflows to ensure secure and compliant releases.
- Manage Git branching strategies, artifact repositories, and environment promotions while maintaining version control best practices.
- Deliver automated deployment capabilities to support multi-environment releases for the RegStar 26 application.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve pipeline reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, release managers, and cloud engineers to streamline DevOps processes.
- Implement and refine DevOps best practices, enhancing scalability, monitoring, and automation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for build and deployment processes to ensure knowledge continuity.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in Azure DevOps pipeline engineering, with strong expertise in YAML-based automation and multi-stage workflows.
- Strong understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and version control systems.
- Experience integrating build, test, deployment, and security tools (such as SonarQube, OWASP, or Checkmarx) within pipelines.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud environments, infrastructure as code (IaC), and Agile/DevOps delivery frameworks.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex build and release issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced project environments.
