We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Everyday Banking Portfolio team. In this key role, you will work on enhancing the performance and compliance of credit card systems, driving improvements through effective analysis, stakeholder engagement, and structured change management. You’ll also lead the governance of NFR Hub and ASIC Reportable Events, ensuring our operations align with evolving regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve banking processes, identifying system gaps related to risk events and regulatory compliance.
- Document clear and comprehensive business and functional requirements across credit card platforms.
- Conduct impact assessments and support risk analysis, presenting recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support change management activities including training, business readiness, and communication strategies.
- Design and execute testing strategies, ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory needs.
- Perform data analysis to assess customer impact and support remediation initiatives.
- Maintain and manage the NFR Hub and ASIC Reportable Events to meet internal and external compliance obligations.
Qualifications
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, ideally within banking and credit cards.
- Strong working knowledge of banking systems such as CAP, Vision Plus, and CTM.
- In-depth understanding of retail banking products, especially Credit Cards, Personal Lending, and Deposits.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven experience with data-driven decision-making and risk-based prioritization.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements in financial services.
