Delivery Centric is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with deep domain knowledge in Capital Markets and Global Treasury. This is a critical role where you’ll engage with key stakeholders, analyze financial workflows, and help design solutions that improve trading, compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes related to capital markets, trading, and treasury operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Front, Middle, and Back Office functions
- Document detailed business and functional requirements with clarity
- Assist in the design and testing of compliance rules in trading systems
- Perform SQL-based data analysis to validate business logic and outputs
- Ensure thorough testing, validation, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support project delivery under tight timelines with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets or global treasury
- Strong understanding of financial instruments: Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX
- Hands-on experience in Investment Banking and Asset Management environments
- Familiarity with trading compliance rule coding & testing is highly preferred
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and validation
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to create precise documentation and articulate functional requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging business users
- Capable of managing priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
