We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts in Melbourne and Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT solutions, cloud services, AI implementation, and enterprise software. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients across industries like banking, education, and enterprise sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, project management, business development) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, lead contract negotiations, and oversee deal finalization.
  • Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and business development progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record in IT solutions, consulting, or software sales.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, AI, and enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in handling complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
