We are looking for a seasoned Change Manager with strong experience in Oracle Cloud and Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) migrations to lead critical technology transformation initiatives. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth delivery of system transitions by focusing on stakeholder engagement, usWe are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead and support Oracle Cloud and Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) migration programs. This role plays a critical part in driving successful cloud transformation initiatives by ensuring effective change enablement, user adoption, and business continuity throughout the process.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical expertise, strategic change leadership, and the ability to work across both business and IT functions. You’ll be responsible for managing stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training, and risk mitigation plans, while fostering a culture of adoption and continuous improvement during complex system transitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud and Oracle Service Cloud migration initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement structured change management strategies to support technology adoption across diverse user groups.
  • Design and execute stakeholder engagement plans, internal communication campaigns, and role-based training programs to prepare teams for upcoming changes.
  • Perform detailed change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and risk mitigation strategies across business and technical streams.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, and business SMEs to synchronize change efforts with technical delivery.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between technical teams and business units—translating complex concepts into clear, actionable information for all stakeholders.
  • Measure adoption and user engagement using performance metrics and feedback mechanisms; refine strategies based on real-time insights.
  • Support post-implementation stabilization efforts by capturing lessons learned and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology change management, including Oracle Cloud and Oracle Service Cloud transformation projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud migration processes, SaaS configurations, and enterprise system rollouts.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery frameworks in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, change impact assessment, and training strategy development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present technical content clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the resilience to adapt in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in managing change across highly regulated or complex industry domains is advantageous.
