Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support business and technology transformation initiatives within the Utilities sector. This role focuses on driving organizational change, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and business readiness across large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong change management expertise, preferably within the Water Utilities industry, along with hands-on experience supporting CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) implementations or enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support change management activities across large-scale transformation and system implementation projects.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement activities and build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
- Create and deliver communication plans to support organizational readiness and awareness.
- Develop and coordinate training programs to facilitate user adoption and business transition.
- Assess and manage organizational change impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Support business readiness activities and ensure smooth transitions during project delivery.
- Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and end users to drive successful change outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Change Manager supporting large-scale transformation or system implementation projects.
- Prior experience within the Utilities industry, preferably in the Water sector.
- Strong understanding of CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) systems and related business processes.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, and user adoption activities.
- Ability to assess and manage organizational change impacts and support business transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on customer, billing, or digital transformation programs within the Utilities sector.
- Relevant Change Management certification.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
