We are seeking a strategic and innovative Conversation Designer to help shape the future of customer interaction through Conversational and Generative AI. You’ll be a key contributor in designing intuitive chatbot and voicebot experiences that enhance digital customer journeys. With a strong focus on human-centred design and AI technology, you’ll play a critical role in crafting seamless cross-channel conversations that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype high-quality conversational flows, scripts, and user journeys for chatbots and voicebots
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to turn complex needs into clear, conversational experiences
  • Leverage Generative AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to optimise automated dialogue
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in Conversational AI, Voice UX, and Microsoft technologies
  • Use data and user feedback to continuously test, refine, and improve conversation logic
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure all content aligns with brand voice, legal, and compliance guidelines
  • Advocate for human-centred design principles across all conversational interfaces

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing conversational interfaces (chatbots, voicebots)
  • Exposure to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Strong understanding of natural language design, content strategy, and dialogue management
  • Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with risk, legal, and compliance workflows in digital solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Passion for emerging tech and creating memorable digital experiences
  • Knowledge of PowerFX or similar low-code tools is a strong plus
