We are seeking a skilled Data & Reporting Analyst to deliver actionable insights and optimize cloud cost management across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, analytics, and cloud cost reporting, combined with hands-on experience in tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, and Cloudability. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency in data modeling and ETL concepts, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, management, and application owners to drive business value through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, Tableau, and Google Sheets to deliver real-time insights.
- Analyze cloud cost and usage data across Azure and GCP environments to identify optimization opportunities.
- Work with APIs and BigQuery tables using Python and SQL for advanced data analysis and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and management teams to translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions.
- Drive end-to-end optimization initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines with a strong understanding of ETL processes and data analysis methods.
- Prepare presentations and executive summaries to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders to maintain alignment with reporting timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and working with BigQuery tables.
- Hands-on experience with Cloudability and cloud cost reporting, with a solid understanding of financial terminology for cloud environments.
- Working knowledge of Azure and GCP cloud platforms and cost optimization strategies.
- Experience with APIs, ETL concepts, and building automated reporting pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to drive optimization initiatives independently and ensure alignment with business priorities.
