Delivery Centric is seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer (Informatica) to join our dynamic data engineering team. This role involves working on enterprise-scale data integration and transformation projects, ensuring efficient, high-performance data pipelines across diverse business systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica IICS, advanced SQL skills, and a solid understanding of data architecture, governance, and quality frameworks. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica IICS.
- Translate business requirements into efficient, reusable ETL processes aligned with data architecture standards.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
- Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable and performant data solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL processes to maintain high system availability.
- Conduct peer reviews, maintain documentation, and enforce ETL best practices and governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica IICS.
- Strong SQL expertise and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or Snowflake.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL methodologies, and data quality principles.
- Proven experience in performance tuning, error handling, and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud data integration environments is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
