We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Cloud Expert to join our team in Sydney. This role requires proven expertise across AWS cloud solutions, Kubernetes, networking, middleware migrations, and IAM principles. The successful candidate will be AWS Solution Architect Professional certified and capable of driving complex troubleshooting, delivering scalable solutions, and supporting enterprise-level digital transformation projects. With strong technical knowledge and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams, you will play a key role in shaping cloud strategies and enabling seamless integration between on-premises and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions on AWS.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes containers (EKS and ECS), including advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimisation.
- Lead network zoning design and block-level troubleshooting, ensuring secure and seamless connectivity between cloud and on-premises systems.
- Support and deliver middleware migration projects, ideally with experience in IBM technologies such as MQHub, ACE, and Datapower Proxies.
- Apply strong knowledge of IAM authentication and authorisation principles, including integration with tools like Ping Identity Gateway (Ping IG) and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Collaborate with cloud architects, middleware specialists, and security teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions.
- Contribute to best practices, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the cloud environment.
Qualifications
- AWS Solution Architect Professional certification (mandatory).
- In-depth expertise with Kubernetes (EKS and ECS), including deployment, scaling, troubleshooting, and tooling.
- Strong background in network zoning with proven ability to troubleshoot across multiple zones and hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience in middleware migration projects, ideally with the IBM stack (MQHub, ACE, Datapower Proxies).
- Knowledge of IAM principles (authentication, authorisation, secure headers) with exposure to Ping IG and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
