We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable GE e-terra ADMS Specialist to join our expert delivery team at Delivery Centric. This role is tailored for seasoned professionals in the utilities sector who have hands-on experience working with Advanced Distribution Management Systems and a strong grasp of smart grid operations.

You will play a key role in leading technical solutioning, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of GE e-terra ADMS platforms. Your work will support utility clients in achieving greater grid resilience, outage efficiency, and real-time control system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of GE e-terra ADMS solution implementations including requirements gathering, architecture design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user enablement.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with both business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Conduct in-depth system analysis for electric distribution automation, and define business process improvements that leverage ADMS, EMS, SCADA, and OMS functionalities.
  • Drive performance testing and validation for storm scenarios, outage management, and grid recovery using e-terra functionalities such as Trouble Management, Crew Management, and Outage Indices.
  • Assist in developing clear documentation such as technical designs, configuration manuals, use case guides, and training materials.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams and client users to build long-term capability within the organization.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the utilities or energy domain, with at least 5 years dedicated to GE e-terra ADMS implementations.
  • Proven track record of delivering full-cycle ADMS projects for utility clients, including functional testing and real-time integration.
  • Solid understanding of grid operational technologies, including ADMS, EMS, SCADA, and OMS, with practical experience in distribution automation.
  • In-depth knowledge of use cases such as outage tracking, crew dispatch, storm management, and restoration testing.
  • Excellent skills in translating business needs into technical solutions, with the ability to develop scalable, future-ready architectures.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on building client trust and long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with utility industry standards and working experience with Australian utility organizations is a plus.
