Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced IC4 Technical Consultant – OFSAA EPM Suite to design, develop, optimize, and support complex technical solutions across OFSAA PFT, FTP, Allocation Engine, Cost Management, and Profitability/MIS applications.
The role requires strong expertise in OFSAA Rule Framework, metadata design, SQL/PLSQL, ETL integration, and performance tuning, along with the ability to independently own technical delivery and guide junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions across OFSAA FTP, PFT, Allocation, Costing, and MIS modules
- Develop and optimize OFSAA Rule Framework, including allocation, transformation, driver-based allocation, profitability, and FTP rules
- Design DIM/FCT structures, metadata models, hierarchies, and data transformation pipelines
- Develop advanced SQL/PLSQL solutions and perform performance tuning for large datasets
- Design and manage STG → FCT → Reporting data pipelines using PL/SQL, ODI, or Informatica
- Handle data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, validation, and lineage
- Own technical delivery across design, development, testing, optimization, deployment, and production support
- Troubleshoot complex batch failures, performance issues, metadata issues, and data inconsistencies
- Support SIT/UAT, production releases, hotfixes, and environment migrations
- Collaborate with functional EPM, DBA, infrastructure, data, and reporting teams
- Mentor junior IC1–IC3 technical consultants through code reviews and technical guidance
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with OFSAA EPM
- Expertise in: Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Profitability & Performance Management (PFT), Allocation Engine, Cost Management & MIS
- Strong knowledge of OFSAA Rule Framework, Pool Definition, Transfer Pricing Rules, Allocation Sequencing, and Financial Performance modelling
Technical
- Advanced SQL/PLSQL development and performance tuning
- Strong understanding of DIM/FCT data models and batch processing
- Experience with ODI or Informatica
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines and profitability/allocation implementations
- Exposure to OCI/Exadata is preferred
Domain
- Good understanding of banking, Treasury/FTP, costing, expense management, profitability, and MIS
- Ability to translate functional requirements into efficient technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- 8–12 years of overall IT experience with strong OFSAA EPM exposure
- Experience with large, multi-entity, multi-GL, or multi-currency implementations
- Exposure to OCI, Exadata, or containerized OFSAA deployments
- Oracle/OFSAA certifications are an advantage
