We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IDAM Analyst to join our growing cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete identity lifecycle and securing access across systems, applications, and platforms. You’ll play a key role in implementing identity governance best practices and supporting technologies such as SSO, MFA, PAM, and role-based access controls to strengthen our access security posture. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end user provisioning and de-provisioning across enterprise applications and systems
  • Implement, configure, and support identity solutions including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Monitor and investigate identity-related incidents, anomalies, and unauthorized access patterns
  • Conduct periodic access reviews, role audits, and user recertifications in alignment with compliance frameworks
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to define and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IDAM workflows, policies, and technical procedures
  • Integrate various applications with identity platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or Azure AD
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues across platforms and systems
  • Participate in security audits and assist with remediation activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IDAM processes and tools through automation and best practice implementation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an IAM/IDAM role within medium to large enterprise environments
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts including lifecycle management, SSO, RBAC, PAM, and MFA
  • Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, or ForgeRock
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud-based identity systems
  • Understanding of regulatory standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell or Python) will be a bonus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Relevant industry certifications such as:
    • CompTIA Security+
    • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator
    • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
  • Experience in regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, or government is highly desirable
