Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced and driven IFS Cloud Solution Architect to join our team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in IFS Cloud Service Management, including Planning and Scheduling Optimization (PSO), Mobile, and system integrations. You will play a critical role in translating customer business needs into scalable, effective solutions within the IFS ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IFS Cloud Service Management solutions, including FSM 6.0 upgrades.
- Collaborate with presales, business architects, and customers to gather requirements and map business processes.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations, solution proposals, and discovery workshop outcomes.
- Handle deployment, integration, data migration, and technical documentation for IFS Cloud.
- Manage incident resolution, change requests, and enhancements in coordination with support and infrastructure teams.
- Provide end-to-end project governance, including test planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation activities.
- Maintain system documentation including HLD, LLD, and user guides.
- Support field service operations by ensuring high-performing mobile workforce and seamless system integration.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with IFS Cloud Service Management, including FSM 6.0 and PSO.
- Strong understanding of IFS business processes, architecture, and integration patterns.
- Demonstrated experience in service lifecycle management, mobile execution, and AI scheduling.
- Ability to lead discovery workshops, assess technical requirements, and develop scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience in incident management, enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent documentation skills with a focus on process and design clarity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in enterprise environments and managing full solution lifecycles.
