Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced IaC Engineer with deep AWS expertise to design, implement, and manage infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code practices. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about automation, scalable cloud environments, and continuous deployment pipelines. You will play a pivotal role in delivering efficient, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure to support enterprise-level digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly AWS CloudFormation.
- Configure and manage AWS services such as IAM, S3, Lambda, and EC2 to support scalable and secure cloud environments.
- Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate infrastructure deployments and application releases.
- Implement robust tagging strategies and enforce policy compliance for cloud resources across environments.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and cloud architects to deliver infrastructure aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Ensure infrastructure components follow high standards of performance, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, and continuously improve the build-and-release automation process.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all infrastructure-related processes, configurations, and runbooks.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with infrastructure goals.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in AWS cloud engineering, with specific expertise in Infrastructure as Code.
- Hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation or similar IaC tools (Terraform experience is also welcome).
- Strong command of AWS services including IAM, S3, Lambda, EC2, and API Gateway.
- Experience using GitHub Actions to build and deploy CI/CD pipelines.
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Shell for task automation.
- Familiarity with containerized environments and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS exposure is a plus).
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and AWS policy enforcement strategies.
- Experience working in agile development environments and with modern DevOps workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
