Delivery Centric is seeking a Global PAYplus Application Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Fundtech Global Payplus and strong technical skills across Java, C++, Tuxedo and PL/SQL. The role will focus on production support, incident management, troubleshooting and application availability within a banking and payment systems environment.
Key Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in software development and application support.
- Hands-on experience with Fundtech Global Payplus (GPP) – Mass Pay & HC (GPP MP & HC).
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, C++, Tuxedo and PL/SQL.
- Experience supporting web-based applications.
- Strong understanding of payment systems and the banking domain.
- Prior experience in Banking Application Support / Production Support.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to GPP application and system alerts and proactively address potential issues.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and performroot cause analysis (RCA) for application issues and availability-related incidents.
- Provide production support for incidents and service requests.
- Coordinate with clients and other vendors to resolve application and production issues.
- Support application changes, releases and deployment activities.
- Provide on-call support as required.
- Ensure timely resolution and communication of production issues.
