Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials – General Ledger Lead with strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials and end-to-end implementation experience. Insurance industry experience is highly desirable.
Key Requirements
- Oracle Fusion Financials: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, with at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations in a GL Lead or Solution Architect role.
- General Ledger: Strong functional expertise across GL configuration, accounting, period close, journal processing, intercompany, allocations, consolidations and financial reporting.
- Oracle EBS: Prior experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 is highly desirable, particularly where combined with recent Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience.
- Oracle Reporting & Tools: Strong hands-on experience with FRS, Smart View, OTBI, BPM, FBDI and ADFdi.
- Financial Accounting: Strong understanding of GAAP / IFRS, multi-company consolidations, intercompany accounting and multi-currency reporting.
- Implementation Leadership: Proven ability to lead GL workstreams, translate business requirements into functional solutions, support configuration and testing, and work closely with technical and business stakeholders.
- Industry Experience: Experience working with insurance organisations or insurance-sector clients is highly desirable.
