Delivery Centric is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Lead to drive innovative training solutions within large-scale SAP transformation programs. This role will focus on designing and delivering a sustainable learning ecosystem that ensures end-user readiness and long-term adoption.
You’ll work closely with project and change teams to implement digital learning tools, build capability across stakeholders, and embed learning into day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in SAP enablement, digital adoption platforms, and organizational learning strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end learning strategies for SAP-driven transformation initiatives
- Design and deliver blended learning programs that include eLearning, in-system guidance, instructor-led training, and microlearning
- Use digital adoption tools such as SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, or similar platforms to enhance the learning experience
- Create a holistic learning ecosystem that supports end-user capability before, during, and after go-live
- Work with change management teams to integrate learning and adoption into business-as-usual (BAU) processes
- Define metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve solutions based on user feedback
- Engage with stakeholders to understand learning needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Provide guidance on user adoption strategy and future-proof learning frameworks for long-term success
- Support future transformation projects involving organisational change management and user readiness
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on enterprise-wide transformations
- Proven experience supporting SAP implementations and delivering user enablement across large programs
- Strong knowledge of digital adoption platforms such as EnableNow, WalkMe, or similar tools
- Track record of delivering innovative and measurable learning solutions across different learning modalities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with organisational change management is an advantage
- Ability to lead learning initiatives in fast-paced, agile project environments
