We are seeking a skilled Lotus Notes Developer with extensive experience in Notes form development, LotusScript, and API integration. You’ll play a key role in enhancing and maintaining legacy systems while contributing to the development of innovative business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Lotus Notes applications using LotusScript and API integrations.
- Create and modify Notes forms, views, and workflows to meet business needs and enhance user experience.
- Participate in full SDLC processes (Agile and Waterfall), including requirement gathering, documentation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and integration best practices.
- Implement and support secure API integrations using JWT, OAuth2, and OIDC protocols.
- Conduct system impact analysis, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-performance, resilient applications.
- Provide ongoing technical support, code reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization.
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in development practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Lotus Notes development within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong command of LotusScript, Notes form design, and integration with internal/external systems.
- Proven experience working with secure authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT, OIDC).
- Familiarity with enterprise application architecture, component-level design, and API integration patterns.
- Solid understanding of development lifecycles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a logical, first-principles approach to tackling technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing demands, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
