Delivery Centric is seeking a talented MS D365 Testing Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design robust testing strategies, and lead comprehensive testing efforts. You will help ensure that our D365 implementations and enhancements align with business needs, industry best practices, and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work directly with business users, developers, and analysts to gather, understand, and document business requirements related to Dynamics 365 CE projects.
- Translate requirements into test strategy: Develop detailed test scenarios, cases, and scripts based on business needs, aligning them with quality engineering best practices.
- Lead testing efforts: Oversee end-to-end testing of Dynamics 365 CE applications, including forms, workflows, and plugins, ensuring solutions meet functional, performance, and user expectations.
- Manage data migration testing: Perform thorough functional validation during data migrations and system integrations, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
- Mentor and guide: Provide support to junior testers and end-users, offering expertise on testing methods, tools, and best practices.
- Stay up to date: Keep current on the latest Dynamics 365 CE features, updates, and industry developments to recommend enhancements to testing processes.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality D365 CE projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service).
- Proven background with at least 2–3 successful MS D365 testing projects.
- Expertise in data migration testing, integrations, and functional validations.
- Solid knowledge of testing forms, workflows, and plugins within the D365 ecosystem.
- Advanced ability to create and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality solutions and continuously improving testing processes.
