Delivery Centric is seeking an accomplished MS Dynamics Solution Architect with proven expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade contact center solutions that seamlessly integrate AWS Connect with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep technical skills, capable of shaping solution architecture, ensuring compliance with security best practices, and driving innovation in customer experience platforms. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, lead development teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions tailored to complex business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architectures for AWS Connect and Dynamics 365 integrations, including call flows, data management, security, and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams to ensure adherence to architectural best practices.
- Implement robust integrations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms.
- Define and configure AWS cloud infrastructure, optimised for contact center environments.
- Apply cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Optimise solutions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical experts to meet project objectives.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, diagrams, and deployment procedures.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with advancements in AWS Connect, Dynamics 365, and related integration technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Strong expertise in AWS services, especially AWS Connect, Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for customer service and contact center operations.
- Experience with integration tools and technologies such as APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Solid understanding of cloud security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
