We are seeking a highly skilled MSD365 Architect to lead the design, implementation, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role demands expertise in MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Integration, and Telephony Solutions, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. The successful candidate will act as a strategic technical leader, ensuring seamless solution delivery and effective collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience implementing large-scale MS Dynamics CRM solutions.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design & development.
- Strong expertise in Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Portal Pages, Liquid Code, and Customer Service Workspace App.
- Proficiency in Azure technologies (Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Power Automate).
- Experience in Telephony Integration (preferably Amazon Connect) & Microservices-based Legacy System Integration.
- Solid knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and SSRS for developing web services and database applications.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics architecture, system design, implementation, and deployment.
- ITIL Foundation Certification preferred, with experience in IT service management best practices.
- Agile development experience with the ability to lead and guide offshore teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, estimations, feasibility assessments, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact, providing guidance to offshore Dynamics CRM teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end architecture of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including system design, data integration, and migration activities.
- Leverage Azure and Power Platform technologies to ensure seamless system integration and automation.
- Drive Telephony Integration and Microservices-based legacy system connectivity.
- Ensure the successful execution of at least five large Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
- Promote agile development methodologies, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
