Delivery Centric is looking for an experienced MSD365 Data Migration Tester to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in validating data migration activities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems. You will be responsible for ensuring migrated data is complete, accurate, and reliable, while working closely with technical and business stakeholders to support successful ERP transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute comprehensive data migration test cases to validate Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transitions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across legacy and target systems.
- Track, analyse, and document defects or variances, collaborating with project and technical teams for resolution.
- Support end-to-end migration cycles, including dry runs, cutovers, and post-migration validations.
- Collaborate with onshore teams, providing clear communication, detailed reporting, and actionable insights.
- Contribute to defining best practices for data validation and continuously improve testing processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on experience in data migration testing, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or other large ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of data migration processes, validation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency with testing tools, defect tracking, and data quality checks.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.
