We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Designer to join our growing team. This is a key role for a hands-on technologist with deep functional and technical knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, Azure services, and Power Platform. You will lead the architecture and design of CRM solutions across enterprise-grade transformation projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can bridge business needs with scalable technical solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and user experience are never compromised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to enterprise business processes
  • Architect high-performing, scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Customer Service, Sales, and custom entities
  • Develop custom components using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and integrate with web services and APIs
  • Design and configure Microsoft Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Portal Pages, Liquid Templates, and Customer Service Workspace App
  • Integrate third-party applications and internal systems using Azure services and Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Dataverse
  • Build and maintain complex SSRS and Dynamics CRM Reports for advanced business intelligence
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration mappings
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure technical governance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to project estimations, risk analysis, and delivery roadmaps

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including solution design, development, and integration
  • Proven track record of successfully architecting at least 5 enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects
  • Strong command over Microsoft technologies: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and SSRS
  • Deep experience with Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
  • Proficiency in developing and customizing Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Liquid code
  • Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics with Azure services and third-party APIs
  • Good understanding of CRM data models, enterprise architecture principles, and DevOps practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Microsoft certifications (such as MB-600, PL-600, or AZ-204) are highly desirable
