Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced Netskope ZTNA/SASE Technical SME to join our cybersecurity team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network security, access management, and ZTNA platforms, and will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Zero Trust network architectures. This position requires a strong understanding of identity federation, cloud security, and policy enforcement, as well as experience with advanced troubleshooting and log analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and manage Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and SASE solutions using Netskope.
- Apply Zero Trust principles to secure enterprise access across cloud and on-premises systems.
- Configure and maintain identity federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, SCIM, and other identity management standards.
- Enforce security policies including SSL inspection, DNS filtering, endpoint posture validation, and policy compliance.
- Perform packet capture analysis, log correlation, and endpoint agent troubleshooting to resolve complex network and access issues.
- Integrate ZTNA/SASE solutions with SIEM platforms and implement automation using API scripting (Python, PowerShell).
- Collaborate with security architects, network engineers, and IT teams to design, monitor, and optimize secure access strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to support auditing, compliance, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in network security, access management, and ZTNA/SASE platforms.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles, identity federation, and enterprise security frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with SSL inspection, DNS filtering, and policy enforcement.
- Familiarity with SIEM tools, API scripting (Python/PowerShell), and cloud-native security controls.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, complex enterprise environment.
