We are seeking a highly experienced Network Lead / Manager to drive the delivery of a robust, reliable, and secure network infrastructure that meets evolving business demands. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective service delivery, lifecycle and asset management, vendor engagement, capacity planning, and the alignment of network strategies with cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, hands-on leadership, and a passion for delivering customer-focused services while balancing cost, efficiency, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-level network and security infrastructure.
  • Manage and optimize SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, and WAN services across a complex technology landscape.
  • Provide expert administration of Cisco Nexus, Viptela, Wireless Controllers, Access Points, and MPLS Routers.
  • Resolve technical issues across LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, VPNs, and WAN optimization systems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation on network performance, capacity, and SLA adherence.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, change management processes, and capacity planning efforts.
  • Implement and uphold robust security policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Champion team collaboration, service improvement plans (CIP & SIP), and continuous development.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive technical leadership and support.

Qualifications & Expertise

  • Strong expertise with Cisco Viptela (SD-WAN), Riverbed WAN Optimization, and core routing protocols (OMP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS).
  • Proficiency with Cisco Nexus (9k, 7k, 5k), Catalyst switches, ISR/ASR routers, and Wireless LAN technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with F5, Palo Alto NextGen Firewalls, ZScaler, Citrix NetScaler, CyberArk, and SIEM products.
  • Familiarity with automation and scripting tools such as Python and Ansible (DevNet-style deployments).
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, OTV, DCI, IPSec, STP, and other key protocols.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with a focus on driving results and innovation.
  • Strong documentation, incident management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
