We are looking for a skilled OFSAA EPM Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite, with experience in implementing, configuring, and maintaining EPM solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of the financial services domain and the ability to collaborate effectively with business users to deliver optimized performance management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of OFSAA EPM suite solutions
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts, and database routines to ensure system efficiency
- Utilize Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and middleware tools for robust data integration and ETL processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EPM applications and system performance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance reliability and scalability
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all development and integration activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience working with OFSAA EPM suite
- Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL programming and database management
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and related middleware technologies
- Good understanding of financial services domain and performance management processes
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical teams and business units
