Delivery Centric is seeking a dynamic and experienced OpenShift SME to lead, innovate, and support enterprise-grade containerized platforms. This is a key technical leadership role ideal for someone with deep knowledge of OpenShift technologies and a passion for cloud-native architecture, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving DevOps excellence.

You’ll work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of OpenShift environments across critical business applications. Your leadership will help shape strategy, streamline processes, and support delivery in highly technical, fast-paced projects.

Key Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Act as the OpenShift subject matter expert, addressing and resolving complex Level 3 and Level 4 issues.
  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate application deployment.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance system performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analyses for major incidents and define long-term resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage infrastructure demands and ensure stability during software releases and upgrades.
  • Promote a DevOps culture of continuous learning, automation, and technical excellence.

Qualification

  • Strong hands-on experience with at least two of the following: OpenShift v3, v4, ROSA, or ARO.
  • Proven success in troubleshooting and resolving critical issues in containerized/cloud-native environments.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire technical teams.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration principles.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and security tools used in enterprise IT environments.
  • Cloud experience with platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
