We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle EPM Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, delivering, and optimizing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions that empower our clients to make data-driven decisions and improve financial performance.
You’ll work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure seamless solution integration, effective planning processes, and consistent project outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values continuous improvement, and has a strong foundation in both technology and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Oracle EPM solutions tailored to client needs.
- Consult with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through Oracle Applications.
- Drive the successful execution of projects by managing order management tasks and overseeing the full solution delivery lifecycle.
- Engage in presales efforts—presenting demos, scoping technical requirements, and contributing to proposal development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to align business objectives with EPM capabilities.
- Develop and maintain integration workflows using REST APIs and scripting (primarily Groovy).
- Provide strategic insight and hands-on support for clients’ planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle EPM, with exposure to tools like Anaplan or SAP BPC.
- Strong knowledge of EPM frameworks, financial processes, and reporting standards.
- Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and managing client relationships.
- Hands-on skills in integration and automation using REST APIs and scripting (Groovy required; Python/R a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Certifications in Oracle EPM, Anaplan, or equivalent tools are highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
- Ability to balance technical depth with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
