Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Solution Architect with strong expertise in ERP and EPM systems to lead the architecture and design of enterprise finance platforms. This role focuses on defining the technical vision for finance ecosystems including general ledger, accounts receivable, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and finance data & analytics platforms. You will play a key role in designing scalable finance solutions that leverage AI, automation, and modern cloud capabilities to drive efficiency and transformation across BFS finance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical architecture for enterprise finance systems across ERP and EPM platforms.
- Design scalable solutions for finance functions including general ledger, accounts receivable, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and financial analytics.
- Translate complex business requirements from finance stakeholders into robust, scalable technical architectures.
- Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for complex finance transformation initiatives.
- Design and integrate data flows across enterprise systems, data warehouses, and analytics platforms to support finance business requirements.
- Collaborate with finance, data, and technology teams to ensure alignment of architecture with business objectives.
- Drive adoption of automation and AI-driven capabilities to improve efficiency and optimize finance platforms.
- Ensure solutions are designed for performance, scalability, security, and cloud readiness.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across finance transformation programs.
- Communicate architectural decisions and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in ERP and EPM system architecture within enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in EPM platforms such as Anaplan and/or IBM TM1.
- Experience with ERP systems including Oracle Fusion General Ledger and/or Workiva is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering end-to-end finance system architectures.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data integration, data flows, and financial data platforms.
- Experience working in mature cloud-based environments.
- Strong ability to translate business finance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
