Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant with strong banking domain knowledge and expertise across Trade, Lending, ELCM and Loan Syndication. The role will involve functional consulting and process management across these areas on FCUBS 14.7 and above, supporting requirements analysis, fit-gap assessment, process mapping, parameterisation, testing and customer engagements.
Primary Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in banking technology and functional consulting.
- Strong experience across Trade, Lending, ELCM and Loan Syndication.
- Experience with process management for Trade, Lending and ELCM.
- Hands-on experience with FCUBS 14.7 and above.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and domain requirements.
- Experience conducting requirement analysis, fit-gap assessment and business-process mapping.
- Experience with FCUBS parameterisation and functional solution design.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and test cases, and perform test-case execution.
- Experience in defect analysis, SIT/UAT support and customer walkthroughs.
Desired Skills
- Experience across banking transformation or implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience working with multiple banking modules within FLEXCUBE.
