We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Finance Functional/Technical Consultant to join our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules and technical integration capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade financial solutions that drive business transformation and operational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for providing both functional and technical expertise across multiple financial domains, working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and future-ready Oracle Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance modules including Cash Management, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Supply Chain, and General Ledger.
- Partner with business stakeholders and finance teams to gather and translate requirements into well-defined functional and technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to align with business goals and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain complex integrations, reports, and analytics using PaaS, OIC, PL/SQL, BIP, and OTBI.
- Perform system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and consistency across implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, integrated finance solutions.
- Provide production support, enhancements, and continuous improvements post-implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud releases and recommend upgrades or optimizations.
Qualifications
- 13+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Finance (Fusion/Cloud) across functional and technical areas.
- Strong expertise in the following modules: Cash Management, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Supply Chain, and General Ledger.
- Proven technical proficiency in PaaS, OIC, PL/SQL, BIP, and OTBI.
- Solid understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and enterprise reporting.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with complex financial landscapes.
- Ability to lead projects, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
