Delivery Centric is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect to lead solution design and assurance for an Australian HCM deployment. The role will partner with customer stakeholders, Oracle, and ADP to ensure requirements,
integrations, functional design, testing, and cross-system dependencies are aligned through to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Support solution architecture and functional design activities for Oracle Fusion HCM modules within scope.
- Validate and finalise business requirements, process decisions, and Australian local requirements with customer stakeholders.
- Provide functional leadership and solution oversight to offshore Oracle delivery teams.
- Review solution designs, configurations, workbooks, and delivery artefacts for quality and alignment with requirements and Oracle leading practices.
- Provide solution leadership across Process Playback, SIT, TTT, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness.
- Identify and resolve functional design issues, gaps, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with ADP on Payroll and WFS touchpoints, including integrations, data, testing, and issue resolution.
- Drive end-to-end alignment across HCM, Payroll, WFS, integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover activities.
- Act as a trusted solution advisor to customer stakeholders and support timely decision-making.
- Contribute to governance forums, design reviews, project reporting, and milestone readiness assessments.
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect or Senior Functional Lead.
- Deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM, including relevant modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Help Desk, Touchpoints, Volunteering, and Absence Management.
- Demonstrated experience leading Oracle Fusion HCM implementations in Australia.
- Experience managing offshore delivery teams and solution quality across distributed teams.
- Experience working in multi-vendor environments, preferably with payroll and workforce management providers such as ADP.
- Strong understanding of HCM integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive decisions within complex programme environments.
Preferred Experience
- Australian HCM, payroll, workforce management, and regulatory experience.
- Experience with ADP GlobalView Payroll and/or ADP Workforce Manager.
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-country, or multi-business-unit HCM transformations.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification(s).
