Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong expertise across Core HR, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruitment (ORC) modules. This role focuses on configuring, supporting, and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with hands-on experience in Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio). You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and user-friendly HCM solutions that improve HR processes and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruitment (ORC).
- Work on Redwood UI adoption, enhancements, and user experience improvements.
- Develop and customize solutions using Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Support implementation, enhancement, testing, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver HCM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
- Ensure configurations align with Oracle HCM Cloud best practices and business requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
- Hands-on experience in Core HR, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruitment (ORC) modules.
- Experience working with Oracle Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio).
- Good understanding of HCM configurations, security, and business processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across functional and technical teams in collaborative environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or large-scale transformation projects.
- Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, or Fast Formula.
- Exposure to Oracle HCM reporting and analytics tools.
- Understanding of HR digital transformation initiatives and cloud adoption strategies.
