Delivery Centric is seeking a highly skilled Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to lead and deliver Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Manufacturing (SCM) implementations across key enterprise programs. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Order Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality modules. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, solution design, and stakeholder management skills driving value from design through delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM and Manufacturing implementations for enterprise clients.
- Design and configure solutions across Order Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality modules.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and map efficient business processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation aligned with governance and project lifecycle standards.
- Oversee project deliverables, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with design frameworks.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to team members for effective service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM and Manufacturing modules.
- Proven implementation expertise in Order Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality.
- Strong skills in business process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certification (preferred).
- Experience working within agile environments and managing distributed (onshore/offshore) teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership capabilities.
