Delivery Centric is seeking an ORMB Developer with hands-on experience in ORMB development, configuration, APIs, TFM batches, pricing, PL/SQL, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate should have strong ORMB framework knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to continue in a hands-on development role.
Key Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of overall experience, with 5+ years of hands-on ORMB development.
- Strong knowledge of the ORMB framework, configuration, product APIs, and business services.
- Hands-on experience with TFM batches, parameters, TFM Rules, rate schedules, and account/customer management.
- Strong understanding of pricing configuration, including eligibility criteria, multi-parameter pricing, repricing, multi-dimensional pricing, and price assignment.
- Strong PL/SQL skills with experience in SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of database and WebLogic performance tuning parameters and configurations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in banking or healthcare insurance implementation projects.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Experience with Hibernate, MVC architecture, and multithreading.
